What if it were possible to prepare for death?
Chagdud Khadro taught about the process of dying from a Buddhist perspective.

According to the Buddha's wisdom, we can in fact use our lives to prepare for death. We don't have to wait for the painful death of a loved one or the shock of a terminal illness to force us to take stock of our lives. Nor are we condemned to set off empty-handed into the unknown. We can begin here and now to give meaning to our lives, by making every moment count - by preparing ourselves wholeheartedly, accurately and serenely for the ultimate opportunity that is death.
